Our policy lasts 30 days on most unopened products. If 30 days have passed from the delivery date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges/Returns Process:
Step 1: You must email info@agiftfromnaturesupplies.com to create an inquiry with us.
Step 2: Title Subject as: Exchange/Return Request. Include your proof of purchase and details.
Step 3: We will request photos/videos as needed.
Step 4: Upon Approval of your exchange/return please clearly mark your order number on the exterior of the package and send back to: 6925 Lake Ellenor Dr. Unit 470, FL 32809, USA.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to complete an exchange, give us call (407-545-3715) or send us an email at info@agiftfromnaturesupplies.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 3-7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. It may take some time for processing before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@agiftfromnaturesupplies.com
